SIMAR Registration Process for Kitchen Retailers

In line with our commitment to improving user experience and operational efficiency, the SIMAR registration process has undergone significant changes. 

In the past, SIMAR, a vital tool for the exchange of information and communication between trade partners and manufacturers, was solely responsible for handling all customer connection requests. This process was centralized and managed entirely by SIMAR. However, to enhance the process and make it more responsive to the needs of our trade partners, we have recently revamped the registration system.

Here's a step-by-step guide to what you need to do to activate your connection to Tradeplace through SIMAR:

  1. Submission of Registration Form: Trade partners initiate the process by sending the completed registration form directly to Tradeplace BV. 

  2. Internal Processing: Upon receipt of your registration form, we at Tradeplace BV manually process your application. Attention to detail is paramount in this stage to ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  3. Requesting Codes from Manufacturers: Once we have processed your application internally, we reach out to the respective manufacturers to request your unique 'sold-to' and 'ship-to' codes. These codes are essential for identifying your business and facilitating transactions.

  4. Activation in Test and Live Environments: After obtaining the necessary codes, we proceed to activate your accounts in both test and live environments. This ensures that any potential issues are identified and resolved before going live.

  5. Distribution of Credentials and Codes: With your accounts now set up, we send you the user credentials along with your 'sold-to' and 'ship-to' codes. For transparency and support, we include the Simar helpdesk in the communication. This ensures that you have a direct line to assistance should you need it during the setup or in the future.

  6. Providing the Manual: To assist you in activating and managing your connection, we attach the detailed manual provided by Simar. This resource is invaluable as it contains comprehensive instructions tailored to guide customers through every step of the activation process.

The new SIMAR registration process represents a collaborative effort between Tradeplace BV and our trade partners. By involving the trade partners directly in the registration process and streamlining the steps involved, we aim to provide a more efficient and effective service.
