My orders are not sent via Tradeplace

You have completed the setup, but your orders are not sent via Tradeplace. This article shows how to do the right setup.

You have completed the full setup for Tradeplace. Your account is activated by the supplier but still your orders are not going automatically via Tradeplace. 

Some setup might be missing at supplier level. In order to do so, follow this procedure.

Go to Register and then select Suppliers

It will display the suppliers list as follow : 

Then double click or edit the supplier of your choice. This will lead you to Supplier information.

On this screen you need to select the Settings tab

In this tab, locate Winner extension name combo box and select TRADEPLACE.

Finally click OK and this is it, you now have enabled Tradeplace for this supplier.
