Migration to the Portals hub

This article summarizes the migration process that needs to be performed the first time you log in to the new Portals hub. This applies to existing accounts.

Tradeplace is embarking on a transformative journey to enhance your experience by migrating to a new, leading-edge Portals hub. This centralized access point is designed to streamline operations and offer seamless navigation. 

To migrate your existing account, follow these simple steps. 

STEP 1

Click HERE and select Migrate your account. 

STEP 2 

Enter your existing credentials on the next page. If you can't remember your password you can also click on the Forgot your password?  button below. 

STEP 3

Enter your new credentials, use a valid e-mail address and select your new password. 

STEP 4 

You will receive an e-mail confirmation to activate the account. Click on activate account. 

STEP 5 

You will be redirected to the confirmation site, click on Login. 

STEP 6 

In the next page, you will be able to choose your existing company and merge the information.

In case your company is not in the list you can select at the bottom  "None of the above".

STEP 7

Once the migration is done you will be redirected to the Home Page, where you will be able to access the services you already had active with Tradeplace.

STEP 8

Click on Enter on the Online Portal tile, and you will see all the brand portals you are currently working with.
