How to manage your Favourites in the Digital Sales Assistant?

This article will show you how to manage your favourites in the Digital Sales Assistant.

In the top right corner of the page you will see the icon which will redirect you to your favourites. 

You can create lists to include all the products you desire and save them, modifying the list as you desire.

If you don't have any previous list, simply search the desired product and create a new one like shown in the video below 

Favourite Lists features:

1. List Name Change 
2. Filter for products already on the list 
3. List settings and delete option.
   
   
   
   In here, the Administrator can choose to save this list for their personal account or share it company wide, which is limited to 5 lists.  See more on the Inheritance Button explanation below. 
4. Search feature for products not saved on the list. 
5. Add the searched products to the list. 
   
6. Move the position of the product within the list. 
7. Move the product to a shopping basket. 
   
   
   
8. Obtain the favourites list through e-mail or PDF.

Inheritance button for the Favourites Lists

To find this, go to General Settings and scroll to the bottom of the page. 

• The Inheritance button for the favorites lists activates the inheritance of all general settings of the favorites lists to the respective subsidiaries.
  
• The number of inheritable favorites lists is limited to five (If required, however, the user can also create additional favorites lists without inheritance.)
• If there is an administrator in a subsidiary, they can change the settings of the favorites lists, whereby these changes are then passed on to their subsidiaries
• If a change is made to the favorites sets, these favorites sets must be inherited again.
• Users who do not have administrator rights cannot change the inherited settings of the favorites lists.
