How to manage your account in the Portals hub?

The new portals hub offers you a centralized view of the services you enjoy from Tradeplace. This article will show you how to manage your account.

Once you finish the migration of your account to the new portals hub (see linked article below) you will be redirected to the new home page where you will see the spread of services available in Tradeplace.

To manage your account information, follow these steps:
STEP 1 

Click on your name and e-mail on the top right corner of the page and click on Manage account.

 

STEP 2

Correct the information regarding your user, company or password and save. 

To manage your connections and requests to the Portals hub, proceed as follows:

 

STEP 1

On the home page, you can sort the display of available services (list and tile view available). Click on Enter on the Portals hub

 

STEP 2 

Once inside, you will see the complete spread of brands you currently have available, as well as your favourites (star marked) and unregistered brands (list and tile view available)

STEP 3 

Click on  and you will see a menu with a connection overview, the status of the brands and the possibility to request a new access or delete the existing ones. 

STEP 4 

Click on for new requests, here you can input your customer code, add comments and by clicking on the box below you can enable the function to input your username and password for the different brands.
