This article describes what to check in case you get the error : Authentication Error. Could not determine Sender and/or Receiver from the Credentials provided or missing/invalid HTTP Basic authentication.
Eventhough the error message is mentionning Basic authentication, it may have various reasons to occur. The purpose of the article is not to provide you the values to put as you are getting this in the documentation, but it provides hint on possible mistakes that mught cause the mentionned error.
Basic authentication
The very first thing to check is that you correctly sent the credentials. This has to be done using Basic authentication. Please check you included it and that the base64 encoded string for username:password is correct.
Encoding
Please check you are using utf-8 encoding. If not this error may occur.
Doctype
Check that the doctype is matching the documentation. This is a fixed string.
Namespace
Check namespace attribute in TradeplaceMessage tag. This should match the documentation
Message
Check that the message you are sending has been setup between you and the manufacturer you are sending it to.
Routing
Check the routing section. To, From and Forwarder need to be existing entities and entities that are connected together.
