This article summarizes the necessary steps to take if you receive a Tradeplace error when using Winner.
Most Tradeplace errors will look like the following one. The dialog box will display the error code and the error message.
Example:
Error code: 110
Error message: Unknown TradePlaceID: compusoft.fr@tradeplace.com
These errors might occur when you are interacting with one of the Tradeplace suppliers, when you send an order or when you query order status. If something goes wrong, during these interactions, you will get this error dialog box.
When this occurs, note the error or do a screen capture and contact the correspondent supplier directly, with support@tradeplace.com in CC.
