An error is occurring when using Tradeplace in Winner.

This article summarizes the necessary steps to take if you receive an error when using Tradeplace through Winner.

Most Tradeplace errors will look like the following one: 
 
The dialog box will display the error code and the error message.

Example:

Error code: 110 

Error message: Unknown TradePlaceID: compusoft.fr@tradeplace.com

These errors may appear when placing an order, checking order status, or interacting with a Tradeplace supplier. If an issue arises, a error dialog box will be displayed like the example above.
