This article summarises how to import and export CSV files in the Digital Sales Assistant.
As explained in the article: Product Prices in the Digital Sales Assistant , you can easily upload your product prices, comments, and core assortment information using a CSV document. Follow the steps below to complete a successful import.
- Click on the top button and select
Once inside, you will have the option to download the template for each category, where you can simply fill in the document to import.
- Scroll under the first product price settings and above the individual product list, you will find the export button.
- Select the template you're interested in and this will trigger the download of the CSV file.
- Fill in the necessary details and import by dragging and dropping into the appropriate box or by browsing your PC.
- Once the import is complete, you will see the information reflected in your account.
